just to show you what i've been up to, i copypasted a message i sent to a friend of mine.

Uhh i've got an AWFULLY runny nose and my throat hurts like hell and the crapload of homework is not to be forgotten so.. As usual, im finee XD You learn to deal with it after a time.. It's worth it. So yeah I never have any idea what I should write about before i CTR-L + www.blogger.com my way up to "create a post" but that is of no importance as this is my blog and whoever is reading this knows that and is aware of the incredible negligence that I have bestowed on this particular site.

Today I'd like to talk to you guys about me. To be more specific, my two past weeks.
They have included, studying, eating candy gummy bears, more studying and eating more, yes, you know it, candy gummy bears. (I may have a serious addiction, but I shall discuss that another time)

Yes. It has paid off. My grades are semi-awesome (awesome, not as in, SO AWESOME DUDE, more like, inspiring awe awesome. Yes. The real kind. THE GOOD KIND!)

As I'm running on 96% caffeine currently and 4% drive (3.99% of which is dedicated to finishing my current 30 rock episode and the rest is just my -we shall say "will" but it's actually more like habit right now- to stay awake, I'm going to sleep. ASAP.

gossip girl/ the ring/30 rock- marathons, trips to the beach, Ghent, loads of sales-shopping in Antwerp, werchter, niece and 'several' of her friends stayed over for a week (read: we had a full house of asians (READ: 9 people in our house, including 2 extra in my room which was .. MADNESSSSS, yet fun and i made awesome friends who are, yes, indeed, AWESOME), preparing for Taiwan, more shopping, poolparties, markets, babysitting, working at my mom's place, spending the money i earned while working and went to the movies a few times!

AKA A VERY FRUITFUL SUMMER SO FAR (:

My past few days have been quite .. uneventful, to say the least. Saw Limitless with Bradley Cooper & Robert De Niro yesterday. LOVED the ending! Bradley Cooper was going all yo bitch to De Niro, so that was lovely (: that aside, the acting was phenomenal too. Get out of bed, shower (doing ma thang *showering) & off to the City! (that's with a capital ... cause as a certain classmate of mine would say ANTWERPEN STAD REST PARKING! omfg did i just do that??! Or did I? .. yeah i did but whatever.. DID I JUST DO THAT??! So repetitititititive today (: actually it's with a capital C cause I think it sounds (reads?) badass but that's just me. badass is my middle name. (not kidding, it's on my ID)

Watched Sucker Punch -you know, that movie with the lovely emily browning who is apparently capable of slaying hunormous monsters with some kind of japanese katana thingy and I suspect she's immune or something to axes cause she never EVER gets wounded. Holy crap. Emily Browning, y u so epic. Also, I'm pretty sure the target public for that movie were male otaku's (japaholics) or girls such as myself who wonder what the appeal is of such a .. celluloid (: -
with two buddies. Loved the soundtrack! Actually, just this song a lot, but that makes up for everything imo. kudos to emily browning AGAIN (wow twice, Emily browning .. WINNING!) So that was lovely and I had some pasta with a friend afterwards, which was, also, lovely.
No actually, lovely doesn't cut it. What's a word to describe the feeling of depleting a scrumptious^∞ serving of penne with bacona and cheese and this and thats of carbonara sauce .. if i say indescribable, is that a paradox? hmm wel whatever it was veerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyy yummy (:

went home after that, and did a friends-marathon with a schoolfriend. I absolutely love her, we just get along so well. i'll refer to her as L.
6.15AM Lots of giggles and rewinds (I could and did haha watch Matt Leblanc go "Joey doesn't share" a zillion times) we went to sleep.
10.20AM got up and ready to go for THE CITY (all capitals cause .. you know why wink wink) Went shopping with a friend and L. had plans with her boyfriend. After I got home, had to pack and dad dropped me of at a friend's place (T.) where I'd be staying over and we'd both, along with some other friends, ... attend to a party later that night.
I have rarely enjoyed instant noodles that much as that evening. WAS. SOO. HUNGRYYY. you'd think nothing could compare to penne carbonara but dear sir i can tell you a MAJOR case of the munchies fixes next to anything.
Not going to go into details, but let me just say, fun would've been a total understatement to describe how everything was (:

Now, I'm going to watch meself THE NEWEST episode of the office (omfg omfg omfgomfg will ferreellelelelel i love you) and rewatch it and and rewatch itand rewatch it and then another time and then replay everything using our home theater and alexander and a camcorder and then watch that and then REwatch that and then .. I don't know, but I live on a day-by-day basis so i'll figure that out by then.

What exactly did i do to deserve that awful, embarrassing yet, in my current situation, absolutely duly nickname?
I'm not going to bore you with the details but let me just say that i managed to miss a train, get on a wrong train and arrive at the awry station all in one morning. (I might even state, less than three hours. "Oh you're giving me a failwhale trophy. How .. nice.)
Embarrassing doesn't even come close. Mortifying goes a long way yet ... STILL NOT CLOSE ENOUGH.

So just got back from LONDOOOOON
Otherwise known as one of the best cities in the world, huge metropolitan area, lots of AMAZING people with a lovely sense for garb and place where the future first female president of the world shall ~~put~~ build her palace/castle/space bubble.
(i'll keep you updated on what it is exactly .. though I'm actually nudging toward a tiny apartement after having seen this, seriously WHAT THE HELL WOMAN. someone should tell her to actually go make a sammich .. if only she had a kitchen. so again. WHAT THE HELL WOMAN.)

Yes, it was a school trip. Yes, there were teachers monitoring us. BUT YES IT WAS TONS AND TONS AND TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONS OF FRIGGIN' FUN. So yes I liked it (:

Also, I really love London.
A lot. First three days I kept pondering (haha pondering how english.) over what the exact word is, I should use to refer to London. Words like cute, fun, big, fascinating, occupying, engrossing, entertaining and intriguing come to mind but none really define London as much as charming would. IT'S SO CHARMING!
What's not to love about the cute architecture of the houses, the classical composition of everything, the way people talk, walk, behave, go about things ... or let me just say plain everything

not to say, love is not a word big enough to describe how much I utterly fell in love with it. gives a whole new meaning to the word commonly referred to as "the L word". I London you deserves to become a solid idiom.

And right now it's easter vacation. So i'll be kept busy having a great time with friends, making day trips to other Belgian provinces now and then, go out a bit and stay home watching movies.
